Return Policy

Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.(don't worry if the silly sticker is missing on the brim)

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Follow the instructions provided to return your item.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
